The event is aimed on the one hand to know and appreciate the typical products of the food and wine culture of Ticino with tasting areas and on the other hand to learn about the culture of the territory, its traditions and its folklore.
The exhibition is divided into 6 thematic areas each representative of the peculiarities of a certain area:
sausages and meat,
dairy and cheese,
fruit and vegetables,
wines and spirits, honey – chestnuts – herbs
and finally oil and cereals.
